By downloading or using Mahjong Caravan: Tile Journey ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for adults. It does not require an account to play.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content, except as permitted by the licenses of the third-party materials listed in the App's About screen.
The App offers one optional, one-time "Remove ads" purchase processed entirely through Google Play Billing. It is subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies. The purchase applies to the Google account used to buy it and can be restored with "Restore purchases" in Settings; it is non-transferable between Google accounts. We do not process payments or store your payment information ourselves.
The App shows a full-screen ad from time to time when you leave the level-complete screen, and never while you are playing a board. You may also choose to watch a rewarded ad to get an extra hint or shuffle. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and created by third parties; we configure where ads may appear but do not review or endorse individual ads. The "Remove ads" purchase turns off the full-screen ads. See the Privacy Policy for details on the information Google AdMob may process.
Your progress is saved only on your device. It is not backed up by us and is lost if you uninstall the App or clear its data. Rewards earned in the game (such as stars, themes, hints and shuffles) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged.
The App, its levels, text and design are the property of BerqWorks. Some artwork, music and software are provided by third parties under their own licenses, which are listed in the App's About screen. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you.
You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the App. The App does not include user accounts, chat, or any way for users to share content with each other.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BerqWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have that cannot be excluded under the law of your country of residence.
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App at our discretion, though we will try to give reasonable notice for any change that affects the "Remove ads" purchase.

Size, Uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz ya da kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlara kurup kişisel ve ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamanın Hakkında ekranında listelenen üçüncü taraf materyallerin lisanslarının izin verdiği durumlar dışında Uygulamayı ya da içeriğini kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz, satamaz, tersine mühendislik uygulayamaz ya da ondan türev çalışmalar oluşturamazsınız.
Uygulama, tamamen Google Play Billing üzerinden işlenen, isteğe bağlı ve tek seferlik bir "Reklamları kaldır" satın alımı sunar. Bu satın alma Google Play'in kendi şartlarına ve iade politikalarına tabidir. Satın alma, onu yapan Google hesabına uygulanır ve Ayarlar'daki "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile geri getirilebilir; Google hesapları arasında devredilemez. Uygulama, seviyeleri, metinleri ve tasarımı BerqWorks'e aittir. Bazı görseller, müzikler ve yazılımlar üçüncü taraflarca kendi lisanslarıyla sağlanmıştır; bunlar Uygulamanın Hakkında ekranında listelenir. Bu Şartlar'daki hiçbir hüküm herhangi bir içeriğin mülkiyetini size devretmez.
Uygulamayı ona zarar verebilecek, onu devre dışı bırakabilecek ya da bozabilecek veya başkalarının kullanımını engelleyebilecek şekilde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz. Uygulamada kullanıcı hesapları, sohbet ya da kullanıcıların birbirleriyle içerik paylaşmasını sağlayan herhangi bir yol yoktur.
Uygulama, açık ya da örtülü hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız ya da her cihazla uyumlu olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde BerqWorks, Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi ya da sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Bu Şartlar'daki hiçbir hüküm, yaşadığınız ülkenin hukukuna göre ortadan kaldırılamayan yasal haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
Uygulamayı ya da bu Şartlar'ı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler yaparsak yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleriz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Şartlar'ı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Uygulamayı kaldırarak istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kendi takdirimizle askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz; ancak "Reklamları kaldır" satın alımını etkileyen değişiklikler için makul bir süre önceden bildirimde bulunmaya çalışırız.
