Mahjong Caravan: Tile Journey ("the App") is a single-player mahjong solitaire tile-matching game. This policy explains what information the App handles and how. We built the App to collect as little information as possible.
The App does not require an account, and does not ask you for your name, email address, or any other personal information.
Your game progress (unlocked levels, stars, best times and scores, the game in progress, unlocked themes and play statistics), your settings (sound, language, theme, accessibility options) and whether ads have been removed are saved only on your own device. We (BerqWorks) never receive, transmit, or store this information on any server. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
The App shows ads through Google AdMob (see section 3). Google, not BerqWorks, receives the technical information needed to deliver those ads.
The App offers one optional, one-time "Remove ads" purchase through Google Play Billing. When you make a purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not see, collect, or store your payment card details — Google processes all payment information under its own Privacy Policy. The App only asks Google Play whether the purchase has been made and remembers the answer on your device.
The App shows a full-screen ad from time to time when you leave the level-complete screen, and never while you are playing a board. When you run out of hints or shuffles, you may choose to watch an ad to get one more; these rewarded ads are shown only when you tap the button. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.
To deliver and measure ads, personalize them where permitted, and prevent fraud, Google AdMob may process information such as your device's advertising ID, the IP address (from which an approximate location can be derived), device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. Google handles this information under its own Privacy Policy; see also How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your choices:
The App does not use any analytics SDK and does not track how you play.
The pause menu has a "Copy bug report" button. It copies a short report to your device's clipboard: the current board and moves, level, App version, Android version, device model, language and time. The App does not send this report anywhere. If you choose to email it to us, we use it only to find and fix the problem, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example, by email), please contact us and we will delete it.
We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties, because we do not collect any information to share in the first place. The only third party involved in the App is Google, in two roles: processing the purchase through Google Play Billing, and serving ads through Google AdMob as described in section 3.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to its processing. Because the App keeps your data only on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. For data processed by Google for ads, use the choices in section 3 or Google's own tools. For anything else, contact us at the address below.
If this policy changes (for example, if we add a new feature that uses additional data), we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.

Uygulama hiçbir hesap gerektirmez ve adınızı, e-posta adresinizi ya da başka bir kişisel bilgiyi sizden istemez.
Oyun ilerlemeniz (açılan seviyeler, yıldızlar, en iyi süre ve puanlar, devam eden oyun, açılan temalar ve oyun istatistikleri), ayarlarınız (ses, dil, tema, erişilebilirlik seçenekleri) ve reklamların kaldırılıp kaldırılmadığı yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır. Biz (BerqWorks) bu bilgileri hiçbir zaman almıyor, herhangi bir sunucuya aktarmıyor ya da orada saklamıyoruz. Bu bilgiler Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda ya da verilerini temizlediğinizde silinir.

İpucu ya da karıştırma hakkınız bittiğinde, bir hak daha kazanmak için isterseniz reklam izleyebilirsiniz; bu ödüllü reklamlar yalnızca düğmeye dokunduğunuzda gösterilir. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sağlanır.
Google AdMob, reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek, izin verilen durumlarda kişiselleştirmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için cihazınızın reklam kimliği, IP adresi (buradan yaklaşık konum çıkarılabilir), cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, reklam etkileşimleri ve tanılama verileri gibi bilgileri işleyebilir. Google bu bilgileri kendi Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında işler; ayrıca bkz. Google, hizmetlerini kullanan site ve uygulamalardaki bilgileri nasıl kullanır.

Uygulama hiçbir analitik SDK'sı kullanmaz ve nasıl oynadığınızı izlemez.
Duraklatma menüsünde "Hata raporunu kopyala" düğmesi bulunur. Bu düğme cihazınızın panosuna kısa bir rapor kopyalar: geçerli tahta ve hamleler, seviye, Uygulama sürümü, Android sürümü, cihaz modeli, dil ve zaman. Uygulama bu raporu hiçbir yere göndermez. Raporu bize e-postayla göndermeyi seçerseniz, onu yalnızca sorunu bulup düzeltmek için kullanır ve artık gerekmediğinde sileriz.
Uygulama yetişkinler için tasarlanmıştır ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel bilgi gönderdiğini (ör. e-postayla) düşünüyorsanız lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin; bu bilgiyi sileriz.
Hiçbir bilgiyi üçüncü taraflara satmıyor, kiralamıyor ya da onlarla paylaşmıyoruz; zaten paylaşacak bir bilgi toplamıyoruz. Uygulamada yer alan tek üçüncü taraf, iki rolüyle Google'dır: Google Play Billing ile satın almayı işlemek ve 3. bölümde açıklandığı gibi Google AdMob ile reklam sunmak.
Yaşadığınız yere bağlı olarak (ör. GDPR ya da 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, KVKK kapsamında) kişisel verilerinize erişme, bunları düzeltme ya da silme ve işlenmelerine itiraz etme hakkınız olabilir. Uygulama verilerinizi yalnızca cihazınızda tuttuğu için bunları istediğiniz zaman Uygulamanın verilerini temizleyerek ya da Uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsiniz. Google'ın reklamlar için işlediği veriler için 3. bölümdeki seçenekleri ya da Google'ın kendi araçlarını kullanın. Diğer her konuda aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaşın.
Bu politika değişirse (örneğin ek veri kullanan yeni bir özellik eklersek), bu sayfayı günceller ve yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz.
